Registration Policy

• A team will be placed on the tournament waitlist after completing the interest form. After a waitlist team receives an invite and the bid fee is paid, then the team’s spot in the tournament will be secured.

Refund Policy

• 15+ days prior to tournament: Full refund*.
• <15 days prior to tournament: No refund, unless a replacement team can be found*.
• *Any payment processing fees that were incurred will be withheld from any refunds.

Cancellation Policy

• If a tournament must be cancelled, a full refund less any non-refundable operating expenses will be provided. Every effort will be made to provide the full refund, if possible.

Weather Policy

• Events will follow USA Ultimate’s weather policies.
• LSU UREC Field Complex lightning policy: The facility has a lightning detection system.  If the system detects a high chance of a lightening strike, one loud siren will blast. Everyone will then be required to immediately go under a covered area or get into their cars. Play can only resume once the system provides the all-clear signal, which will be three consecutive siren blasts.
